W. Edward Crockett, a Democrat from Portland. Rep. Crockett has served in the state legislature since being elected in November 2018.
Rep. Crockett is currently the president of Capt’n Eli’s Soda, a premium Maine soft drink company. Previously, he held leadership positions at Country Kitchen, Hannaford and Oakhurst Dairy, and also worked as a newscaster at a Bangor-based television station. Rep. Crockett is also the author of the memoir, “The Ghosts of Walter Crockett.” He is a former board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, a former corporator for Boys and Girls Clubs and spent 20 years as a volunteer youth coach.
