Rebecca Millett, a Democrat from Cape Elizabeth. Rep. Millett is a consultant and has served in the state legislature since being elected in November 2012 and has served in the House since 2020.

Rep. Millett served on the Cape Elizabeth School Board from 2004-2010 and co-founded a citizens’ advocacy group to support advancements in local education. Rep. Millett is the founder and co-chair of the Legislature’s Children’s Caucus. She serves on the New England Board of Higher Education, co-chairing its Legislative Advisory Committee, and the Children’s Cabinet Early Childhood Advisory Committee.
