This month, the Mid-Coast Forum on Foreign Relations hosted Admiral Michael Rogers to discuss what the Russia-Ukraine war portends for the future.

The Mid-Coast Forum on Foreign Relations seeks to promote study and discussion of the development, formulation, and implementation of United States foreign policies by means of a program of speakers, the organization of discussion and study groups, and the production and distribution of relevant materials.

Admiral Rogers retired from the U.S. Navy in 2018 after nearly 37 years of naval service rising to the rank of four-star admiral.

He culminated his career with a four-year tour as Commander, U.S. Cyber Command and Director, National Security Agency, working in the conduct of cyber and intelligence activity globally.

He also assisted in the development of national and international policy with respect to cyber, intelligence and technology — including extensive work with corporate leadership in the finance, IT, telecommunications and technology sectors.
